No Speed Skating Experience Required!
We have all levels on our team now... Beginners to National Champion Speed Skaters! If you're a beginner, we'll work with you to help you learn the proper technique. If you're an experienced skater, we'll help you get faster!
All Ages Welcome... We currently have members from Two-Years-Old to 65+ Years Young! (Check out our Events Page to see some photos!)
Quad, Inline or Hockey Skates Okay!
Or, we can secure rental skates for you at the rink and/or work with you to get a very good deal on a new pair of skates from one of several top manufacturers!

Parents: Your child has expressed an interest in joining Derby City Speed Team. The speed team is for skaters of all skill levels and all ages. Team members will compete locally in competitions in Ohio and Tennesse, with potential to go to Regional and National events as well. You can E-Mail Us for more information or just show-up at one of our Practices. (Free of charge, of course!) You are invited to attend this meeting with your child to see what we're all about. We will answer any questions you may have about the sport, competitions, fees, equipment and more.
